About

I’m here for the continuum of the
reproductive experience

from early thoughts about growing your family, through pregnancy, birth, and the many stages of postpartum and early parenting. My services are inclusive and affirming of all family constellations, including solo parents, LGBTQ+ families, gestational carriers, adoptive parents, and partners of all genders.

I also offer thoughtful, trauma-informed support for moments that can feel especially tender or complex—such as fertility challenges, NICU experiences, pregnancy loss, grief, perimenopause and menopause. My care is grounded in emotional presence and cultural responsiveness, always meeting you where you are right now.

About Sara

(she/her)

I’m a licensed psychologist (PhD) with specialized training in reproductive, perinatal, and infant mental health—and over a decade of experience supporting families through vulnerable transitions. Before becoming a psychologist, I spent 12 years teaching early childhood special education and kindergarten, grounding my work in developmental insight and caregiving relationships.

In addition to therapy for individuals and couples navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, abortion, traumatic birth, postpartum adjustment, and early bonding challenges, I offer infant massage education, reflective supervision, and consultation on perinatal program development.

I am trained to support people across the lifespan, with specialized training through the Harris Infant Mental Health Program at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Postpartum Support International, and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. I’ve worked in medical, academic, and community settings—providing clinical care, developing integrated care teams and programming, training professionals, and supporting home visitors and early childhood providers.

I believe early experiences—both joyful and painful—shape how we see ourselves, our relationships, and our roles as caregivers. My goal is to offer a space where people feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate the complexities of reproductive and parenting journeys.
