I offer virtual therapy for individuals and couples navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, traumatic birth, postpartum adjustment, the transition to parenting, and perimenopause. My approach is trauma-informed, affirming, and grounded in both emotional and developmental expertise. I am a licensed psychologist in Colorado and authorized to practice in PSYPACT states, allowing me to provide care across much of the U.S.

Strengthen connection through nurturing touch.
Learn how to safely and lovingly use massage to support your baby’s development, bonding, sleep, digestion, and regulation. Classes are inclusive and parent-led, designed to honor each caregiver’s intuition and each baby’s cues. Classes are held in your home or in a public space such as a nearby park. Individual and group classes available.

I offer virtual reflective supervision and consultation for clinicians, home visitors, and allied professionals who work in emotionally demanding, relational roles. Sessions focus on attunement, meaning-making, and professional growth. Endorsed as an Infant Mental Health Specialist (IMH-E®, Clinical Mentor), I bring years of experience supervising across medical and community settings. I am based in Colorado and provide support to providers locally and nationwide.

Guidance for organizations serving young children and families.
With experience building infant and perinatal mental health programs in medical settings as well as program development within the public schools, I provide consultation and training to agencies and healthcare systems. Services include program development, trauma-informed practices design and workflows, and team training and support.
